In this role, you will play a crucial part in the treatment team, providing therapeutic support and developing post-hospital plans for patients navigating their recovery journey.

Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License or Washington Mental Health Counselor Associate License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in social work and crisis intervention within a hospital or acute treatment setting.
- Familiarity with both involuntary and voluntary psychiatric hospitalization.
- Experience caring for patients with Substance Use Disorders.
