Occupational Therapist - Rehab - (OT - Rehab)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1527.85 - $1674.13

Weekends and On-call: 1 Month if needed.NAVY BLUE SCRUBSInpatient Rehab Unit TEXAS LICENSE0800 - 16:30Must have: Acute care experience, Ortho, and NeuroPrefer: Level 2 Trauma, Med SurgeEMR-MEDITECHPatient Ratios: 7-1430 bed hospital

Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Rehab
Experience: 1 year
OT-TX
Certifications: BLS-AHA
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
