Vlocity Developer

We are seeking an experienced Vlocity Developer with strong Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) expertise to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the Energy & Utilities domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, configuring, and customizing Vlocity components and integrating with Salesforce ecosystem applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) solutions including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Vlocity Cards.
  • Configure and optimize Energy & Utilities process flows to support customer onboarding, rate plans, order management, and billing.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and troubleshoot performance-related issues.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and support production releases.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce/Vlocity best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5-10+ years experience in Salesforce development and 3+ years of hands-on Vlocity development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
  • Expertise with Salesforce configuration, Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers, and Custom APIs.
  • Experience working in Energy & Utilities or related domains preferred.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Certifications (Preferred)
  • Vlocity Developer / Salesforce Industries Developer Certification
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
  • OmniStudio Developer certification
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Order Management, CPQ, and Billing
  • Knowledge of enterprise-scale system integrations
  • Experience working onsite in hybrid client environments
