This is a rare opportunity to help shape a program while enjoying an excellent work-life balance and a strong support network. You'll join a well-established, multidisciplinary hematology/oncology team in a role that is primarily outpatient with minimal inpatient responsibility. The practice is designed for efficiency, collaboration, and comprehensive patient care, with a modern infusion center and full interdisciplinary staff. Position Highlights
- Help build and grow a new, cutting-edge cancer center
- Primarily outpatient practice with minimal inpatient responsibilities
- Supportive team including nurse navigators, pharmacists, social workers, and more
- Full interdisciplinary oncology model with two locations and cross-coverage
- Infusion center with 20 chairs and 2 private rooms, onsite lab and mixing pharmacy
- Early research involvement, tumor board participation, and leadership potential
- High guaranteed base salary with bonuses, retirement, CME, PTO, and visa sponsorship available
