Our need is for an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables Specialist to join our Baltimore, MD location. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with a close-knit group, in a team-based environment. The schedule will be in office, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.

Pay Range: $17.10 $25.00, depending on experience.

Essential duties and responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable invoices with proper documentation and approvals.
  • Review, verify, and reconcile vendor statements to resolve discrepancies.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoicing and payment issues.
  • Manage the accounts payable email inbox and respond to inquiries.
  • Process daily customer invoices.
  • Monitor the accounts receivable aging report to identify and initiate collection efforts on overdue payments and resolve billing issues.
Qualifications and skills
  • 23 years of experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable.
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
