Job Summary
Join American Seaway Foods, where we proudly operate a warehouse serving 157 company store locations. Our facility includes both a grocery area at ambient temperature and a perishable area maintained at 36 degrees year-round. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for our 2nd shift positions, with a mandatory requirement to work every weekend.
In this role, we are looking for professionals with Industrial HVAC/R, Electrical, and Plumbing experience. Please ensure you have your own tools and a valid driver's license.

Job Requirements
- Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
- Desired Skills: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, mechanical repair; own toolset is a must
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Licensing: Valid Driver's License
- Lifting Requirement: Up to 100 pounds
- Age Requirement: At least 18 years
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize safety in all tasks.
- Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and cranes.
- Visual inspection and testing of machinery and powered equipment using electrical and electronic testing tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions by listening to and observing machinery operation.
- Install, program, and repair automated machinery.
- Design and enhance machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools for improved efficiency.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on building and grounds with hand and power tools.
- Clean and lubricate machinery components using pressure washers, brushes, and grease guns.
- Repair and replace gauges, valves, and pressure regulators.
- Operate cutting torches and welding equipment for metal parts.
- Assemble and maintain piping systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Engage in remodeling and new construction of facilities as needed.
- Read blueprints, wire schematics, and technical manuals accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance tasks and repairs performed.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
