Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for accounting and finance applications.
  • Manage user setup, termination, and access controls in Quorum and related systems.
  • Support and maintain integrations for Concur.
  • Resolve incidents and ensure timely break/fix solutions.
  • Follow established IT, SOX, and SOC compliance processes.
  • Partner with Finance and IT teams to enhance application performance and workflows.
  • Provide general SAP support related to accounting processes
Requirements:
  • Experience with Concur or OpenInvoice (or equivalent financial/accounting systems).
  • Experience with Quorum for user setup/termination or similar enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes and user workflows.
  • Familiarity with SAP in an energy or similar industry environment.
  • Knowledge of IT controls, SOX compliance, and SOC standards.
