Now hiring Forklift Operators for our client in Charlotte, NC First and second shifts available earning up to $21/hour. Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Order Picker or Stand-Up Reach Trucks.

Pay Rate: Up to $21/hour

Available Shift Times:
  • 1st shift: 5:00am-2:00pm, Sunday-Friday
  • 2nd shift: 3:30pm-1:00am, Sunday-Thursday


Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and put away inventory
  • Pack and ship orders according to customer specifications
  • Load boxes into trucks for shipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Scan and label inventory items
  • Organize and store inventory in a safe and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot problems
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately
  • Communicate effectively with other warehouse team members


Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Order Picker or Stand-Up Reach Trucks
  • Must have forklift experience
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely
  • Must be able to read and write and communicate in English
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be reliable, have good time-management skills and have ability to work at a steady pace
  • Safely operate various types of forklifts, including stand-up and reach forklifts order pickers
  • Maneuver powered industrial trucks (PIT) in narrow aisles and congested areas while maintaining adherence to safety regulations.
  • Inspect PIT equipment regularly and report any malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Lift, transport, and stack materials, products, and equipment
  • Load and unload trucks and containers
  • Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
  • Inspect and report any forklift malfunctions or maintenance issues
  • Maintain accurate records of forklift usage and maintenance
  • Work collaboratively with other warehouse team members to ensure efficient operations
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
