We're Hiring: Full-Time Janitorial Utility Tech for Commercial Office Parking Garage

Location: Class A Office Building - Downtown Nashville, TN
Perk: Free parking & easily accessible by public transit
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing:

Sweeping and cleaning storm drains and ditches, stairwells, outside utility areas, and elevator floors
Operating ride-on scrubber in enclosed parking garage
Pressure washing, as needed
Other cleaning duties, as assigned by manager/supervisor

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Operating ride-on scrubber desired
Strength: Able to lift up to 50 lbs required
Integrity: Must pass a background check, drug screen & E-Verify
Must have valid drivers license and clear MVR
Age: 18 years or older
