This role is focused on accelerating your career in procurement and category development by applying market analysis, stakeholder needs assessment, process improvement, and supplier relationship process management. You will work with a cross?functional team to identify needs, research opportunities, and formulate and execute solutions that drive value. The role emphasizes data analysis, cross?functional collaboration, and delivering financial results while enhancing organizational effectiveness. Strong project management, analytical, and customer service components are included.

What Youll Do
  • Streamline processes, optimize reporting, and generate new solutions that positively impact the Category Development team, stakeholders, and the broader organization.
  • Extract insights from complex data sets and identify new solutions using advanced Excel skills. Formulate solutions with the team, considering impact on performance and culture.
  • Track and monitor project details to ensure flawless execution, including iterative stakeholder feedback to distill effective outcomes.
  • Launch and maintain new solutions with a focus on ease of adoption and stakeholder satisfaction.
What Youll Need
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in supply chain, category, finance, or related field
  • Proven track record of delivering results; self-motivated and driven
  • Ability to collaborate and incorporate feedback from analysts to executives
  • Flexibility in work style to fit different projects and audiences
  • Interest in understanding key processes and internal stakeholders needs
  • Solution?oriented mindset with strong attention to detail; proficiency with advanced Excel
  • Excellent listening and communication skills to develop partnerships with adjacent teams
  • Strong presentation skills to train, inspire, and influence change
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, optimism, resourcefulness, and transparency
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • VBA experience is preferred

Salary: $70,000.00$120,000.00
