CRIMINAL BACKGROUND AND 5 PANEL DRUG SCREEN
The Initial Data Coordinator will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining data related to various projects within the Membership Team. This role involves data entry, verification, and initial analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity. The coordinator will work closely with Ops Managers, Implementation Team, and Account Managers and other team members to support data-driven decision making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry Management
o Input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
o Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular checks and audits
o Organize and categorize data to facilitate easy access and retrieval
- Data Verification / Analysis
o Verify the accuracy and completeness of data received from various sources
o Implement data validation procedures to minimize discrepancies
o Perform basic data analysis and generate reports as required
- Collaboration
o Works closely with team members, as well as cross-functionally with other teams in the organization. Occasionally works and communicates with external contacts.
o Communicates effectively with team members to resolve data-related issues and ensure alignment on data processes

Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot electronic data issues

Working knowledge of EDI applications (Facets, EMP Dashboard, MEET)

Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements
Associates degree or 3-5 years Information Systems related experience, preferable in the insurance industry.
In depth understanding of electronic data (834 transactions and proprietary formats) and Facets
Proficient with computers and computer software's including MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Access), EDW
Strong written and verbal communication skills
EYEMED ONLY: As part of your contractor's compliance while working in the EyeMed department, the OIG, GSA/SAM and /OFAC screening is an additional requirement for EyeMed positions. It should be conducted prior to placement and once a month thereafter. The results should be emailed to *** by the 5th of each month and we again ask that you house each file internally for auditing purposes.
EyeMed needs full screenshots where the website link and the date/time the screening was performed are all visible (this is required for all 3 types of screenings).
There will actually be 7 courses that required for all temporary employees:
