About the Role:
You’ll be the welcoming face and culture builder for new joiners. As the Onboarding & Culture Specialist, you help every new volunteer begin their journey with clarity, confidence, and connection. If you love creating meaningful first impressions and believe culture starts from Day 1, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do:
Design and facilitate onboarding experiences that excite and empower new volunteers.
Manage onboarding trackers and ensure timely completion of documentation and policy acknowledgements.
Be the go-to person for new joiners - answering questions and making them feel at home.
Collaborate across functions to ensure seamless tech setup, team introductions, and initial project assignments.
Embed our values of inclusion, learning, and collaboration from the first week.

Eye for structure and detail - you’ll help people get set up right.
Energy to initiate - onboarding doesn’t wait for instructions.
Passion for culture, people, and creating an outstanding experience.
Eagerness to learn - this is a launchpad into people ops, culture, or HR roles.
