Job Overview:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilizing your expertise to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles for our customers.
  • Gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicle makes and models.
  • Conducting thorough and accurate courtesy vehicle inspections.
  • Collaborating with team members to promptly resolve guest concerns.
  • Maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in the workplace.
  • Effectively communicating with the service department about customer needs.
  • Working alongside fellow technicians to tackle problems, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
  • 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
  • ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to obtain them.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles of all makes and models.
  • A substantial investment in personal tools is required.
  • Achieve or exceed hourly goals, with a standard expectation of 40 hours a week.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and procedures.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Desire for long-term career growth and development.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
  • Capable of performing work using tools above shoulder height.
  • Comfortable working in tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
  • Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
  • Ability to walk and stand for the majority of the workday.
  • Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles.
  • Skilled in navigating computer systems effectively.
