Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Architect, design, and develop scalable backend systems using Java (JDK 21) and Spring Boot.
  2. Build and maintain microservices for high-performance, distributed applications.
  3. Deploy and manage containerized applications on OpenShift (Docker/Kubernetes).
  4. Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL queries and stored procedures for robust data handling.
  5. Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
  6. Participate in complex system design discussions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  1. 10+ years of professional experience in backend development.
  2. Strong hands-on expertise in Java (JDK 21), Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  3. Practical experience with OpenShift, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native deployments.
  4. Advanced knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and relational database design.
  5. Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar).
  6. Ability to demonstrate technical skills live during interviews (coding, design, troubleshooting).
  7. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  8. Strong background in complex system design and architectural patterns.

  1. Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Design Patterns
