ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company that has been proudly serving the Tri-State area 24/7 for over 35 years.We are URGENTLY HIRING for Facility Maintenance Handyman/Technicians.

Candidates must have-

5+ Years Experience in the below technical/skilled trades (expertise in 3 or more):

  • Electrical

  • Plumbing

  • Carpentry

  • Roofing

  • HVAC

  • General Handyman Services

  • Concrete Work

  • Welding

This position demands flexibility and commitment to customer service, not a standard 9 to 5 position.

  • On-call rotation for emergency services weekend work

Position Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with clean record

  • Experience operating commercial vehicles, larger box trucks, and/or trailers

  • Must have off-street parking location for commercial vehicle (for positions not in Staten Island)

  • Proficiency with smartphones and mobile apps

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

  • Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills

  • High level of organization and self-motivation

  • Physical ability to perform trade work

  • This is a mobile position requiring continuous travel between job sites. Candidates must be comfortable with daily driving throughout the tri-state area.
