Oracle RMS Developer

Type : Contract
Job Description:
- Point of contact for all production issues and operational support status of all global ecommerce sites including related internal and third-party applications and services that support the ecommerce platform.
- Oracle RMS, Unix, PL/SQL, Shellscript
- Should be able to perform Root cause analysis on the production job abends and provide fixes as per the SLAs.
- Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base to streamline incident resolution.
- Log and track production issues and see them through to resolution.
- Works with client personnel to identify required changes and Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
- Should have good communication skills and coordination skills to work in an on-site/off-shore model and communicate with Business users & Tech-leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Willing to work flexible hours, as needed, to hit project deadlines or address production issues
