In this exciting role, you will provide essential in-store merchandising support to retailers, ensuring that shopper needs are met effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building engaging displays and end caps to attract customers
  • Resetting shelves and rotating products to maximize freshness and sales
  • Tracking inventory to generate optimal sales opportunities for stores and suppliers

About you:

  • Comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Have reliable transportation to and from your work location
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
  • A motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks and goals
  • Capable of working independently while also demonstrating strong team collaboration skills
  • Commitment to performing job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail setting
