Recruitment Operations Specialist

Five Towns, NY | 80K + Incentives per Case

Full-Time, In-Office

Position Overview

A fast-growing ABA therapy organization is seeking a driven, hands-on Recruitment Operations Specialist to build and lead its recruiting and case coordination operations from the ground up. You’ll work directly with executive leadership to source, train, and onboard Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring smooth case coverage and active staffing pipelines. This is a key foundational role with room for rapid growth and leadership expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and hire RBTs and ABA staff through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms

  • Manage applicant pipelines, onboarding, payroll setup, and compliance tracking

  • Maintain visibility on active cases to ensure staffing continuity and performance

  • Coordinate with leadership to align recruiting priorities with company growth goals

  • Monitor data and follow up on assigned cases to ensure successful service delivery

  • Develop and refine recruitment systems as the department grows

Qualifications and Must-Haves

  • Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or inside sales (ABA or healthcare a plus)

  • Fast learner with strong computer and communication skills

  • Highly motivated and accountable, able to work independently

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Availability for in-office work (Five Towns, NY)
