What This Role Looks Like
You'll begin by managing ~20 industrial properties while getting fully up to speed.
By year one, you'll shift from managing the portfolio yourself to managing the PMs and APMs who oversee it - stepping into a true leadership seat.
If you get, want, and have the capacity to:
- Manage a growing portfolio of industrial assets across Chicagoland
- Travel regularly to check on tenants, properties, and vendor performance
- Handle budgets, forecasting, monthly financial reporting, CAM and tax reconciliations
- Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, buildouts, and improvements
- Lead vendor procurement (snow, landscaping, etc.) and hold vendors accountable
- Resolve escalated tenant issues with speed and professionalism
- Keep reporting and Yardi data clean, accurate, and actionable

- Base salary: $90,000–$115,000, depending on experience
- Eligibility for Clear Height's Profit Plan and Carried Interest Bonus Plan
