Marketing Specialist

Job Description:
Under the direction of the Manager, External Relations, or designee, the Marketing Specialist & Inventory Controller will be responsible for proofreading of marketing and promotions documents, flyers and bus schedules; monitoring and managing all print material inventory. Core Functions include:
- Managing purchase orders and invoices through Oracle.
- Managing bus schedule production process accuracy, printing, and inventory for Pace headquarters operating divisions.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
Must have a bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
Experience:
Must have 5 years' experience of Public Sector in writing or communications. Inventory management-related experience preferred. Must have at least 1 year' experience managing purchase orders contracts preferred with good work history.
Proficiencies:
Must possess good witting skill and proofreading experience required. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, outlook, Excell) and Adobe Acrobat required.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be organized, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Physical requirements:
Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds; Must be able to sit at computer and type for extended periods of time.
Working Conditions:
Work is often performed in an office environment. Work is sometimes performance in an outdoor environment or indoor location where the employee will be exposed to extreme weather, communicable diseases, fumes or airborne particles.
This position is eligible to work a hybrid schedule after successful completion of 6-month job introduction period.
Salary:
Full Salary Range: $40,983 - 80,835
Anticipated Starting Salary Range: $40,983 - 60,909
Midpoint: $60,909
Pace provides full pay ranges so candidates can consider their growth potential. The final salary will depend on the candidate's qualifications.
