Radiology Job Details

• Location: Oak Lawn, IL 60453 (Chicago area radiology jobs)
• Facility: Level 1 Trauma Center, Magnet Designation, Comprehensive Stroke Center
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 12/15/2025 – End: 3/14/2026)
• Shift: 8-hour evening shifts
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2350 - $2410
• Employment Type: Travel Radiologic Technologist

Radiologic Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech)
• Valid ARRT certification
• Active IEMA license (Illinois radiology jobs requirement)
• BLS certification
• Proficient in general X-ray, GI, surgery, and Level 1 trauma imaging
• Experience with EPIC charting system and equipment: GE XR Rooms, Siemens Flouro, GE C-Arm, Fuji Portables
• First-time travelers welcome if experienced X-ray technologist

Radiology Responsibilities

• Perform general X-ray imaging for outpatient and inpatient care
• Provide portable and stationary imaging services
• Assist with surgical procedures and respond to trauma cases
• Collaborate with a team of radiologic technologists in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC
• Participate in unit orientation to learn workflow and hospital protocols
• Deliver high-quality patient care in compliance with hospital standards
