Introduction

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce Revenue Cloud. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing business solutions that leverage Salesforce technology to meet client needs. Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Certified Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Consultant OR Certified Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Revenue Cloud Accreditation
  • Relevant experience: 4 years in a consulting or Business Analyst function
  • Minimum 3 Salesforce CPQ and 1 Salesforce RCA full life cycle implementations
  • Strong experience in either the Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud platforms with experience in Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce RCA
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g., functional lead, work-stream lead, etc.)
  • Ability to lead onshore and offshore teams in the development of business solutions
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in defining and implementing practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology
  • Proven ability to understand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs
  • Experience in supporting and contributing to RFP responses and other sales-related activities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead all or portions of the functional components of a Salesforce.com project, including developing requirements and designing prototypes, testing & training strategies related to Salesforce Revenue Cloud
  • Assist with the scoping and planning of Salesforce RCA/CPQ and CRM-related projects
  • Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com
  • Participate and coordinate the delivery of work product with offshore teams across project phases
