Tax Senior Manager

Who: An accomplished CPA, EA, or equivalent-certified tax leader with 7+ years of experience in public accounting, consulting, or industry roles.

What: Manage tax compliance, planning, and consulting projects while leading teams, reviewing complex returns, and advising clients on strategic tax matters.

When: Available now for full-time employment.

Where: Charlotte, NC

Office Environment: Professional, collaborative, and client-focused workplace.

Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 base, plus 10–25% bonus potential.

Position Overview:
The Tax Senior Manager will manage client relationships, oversee high-level projects, and ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations, while contributing to firm growth in key industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements and foster strong relationships.

  • Advise on tax planning, advisory, and compliance.

  • Mentor tax professionals and develop team expertise.

  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant tax leadership experience.

  • CPA, EA, or similar credential required.

  • Strong strategic and problem-solving abilities.
