Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain data flow diagrams to visualize the movement of data between upstream applications and the Client 360 datalake.
• Create and update ER (Entity-Relationship) diagrams to represent the data model and relationships between data entities.
• Design and implement knowledge graphs to capture and represent complex relationships within the data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for data architecture and visualization.
• Identify data integrity and consistency issues across various data sources and systems.
• Provide support for data-related projects and initiatives, including data mapping, data modeling, and data integration.
• Document data processes, methodologies, and findings for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business/Data Analyst, preferably within a financial services or technology environment (i.e. Custody Bank such as BNY, Client, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in creating data flow diagrams, ER diagrams, and knowledge graphs.
• Experience with data modeling tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or SQL and experience with database management systems.
• Proficiency in tools such as Visio.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Client data or similar data initiatives.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks hosted on AWS.
