Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Engineer with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing critical production support, and driving resolution of complex technical issues. This role requires expertise in both technical coding and logical analysis, along with the ability to lead incident/issue calls effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end application support, including root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of production issues.
  • Lead and coordinate issue calls with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Apply critical thinking and logical analysis to identify patterns, resolve recurring problems, and improve system reliability.
  • Develop and maintain tools/scripts using Java and Python to support automation and enhance application performance.
  • Leverage Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to optimize support processes and implement intelligent monitoring.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement fixes, enhancements, and preventive measures.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in application support and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong coding experience in Java and Python.
  • Hands-on exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) tools/technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing incident calls.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
