Key Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, loyalty, and continued engagement.
  • Provide personalized and accurate information on products and services to assist customers in selecting the best options during sales consultations.
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to promptly resolve client inquiries and deliver outstanding service.
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities and contributing to outreach efforts to achieve company goals.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple client interactions effectively.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for providing high-quality customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or client account support is preferred.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced setting, adaptable to changing priorities.

This is a full-time, commission-based position with an on-target earnings range of $42,000-$62,000 annually.
