Investor Relations Operations Analyst

A leading global investment firm is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Investor Relations Operations Analyst to join its Investor Services team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-performing organization with over $180 billion in assets under management, supporting investor communications, data integrity, and operational excellence.
About the Role
In this role, you'll be at the center of investor servicing and operational execution. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of investor communications, manage account data, and support key processes like capital activity and reporting. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams (including Investor Relations, Compliance, Legal, Tax, Finance, and Operations)
- Coordinate and facilitate capital activity processes, including capital calls and distributions
- Monitor and manage high-volume email inboxes with professionalism and responsiveness
- Deliver accurate client reporting under tight deadlines
- Enter and manage client data in Salesforce CRM
We're seeking candidates who bring a strong mix of operational rigor, communication skills, and client service mindset. The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role within an investment firm or financial services administration
- Bachelors Degree required
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
