Corporate Academic Trainer

The Corporate Academic Trainer supports CHCP's mission of delivering high-quality allied health education by developing and delivering dynamic faculty training programs across campuses and online platforms. This role ensures instructional excellence through onboarding, coaching, and continuous professional development while upholding accreditation standards and promoting student engagement and retention.
The Corporate Academic Trainer collaborates with campus and corporate academic leaders to equip academic personnel with instructional strategies, classroom technologies, and student support techniques aligned with CHCP's core values and academic goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new faculty members, including orientation to CHCP's mission, policies, technology platforms, and teaching best practices.
• Develop and lead ongoing professional development aligned with institutional goals, accreditation standards, and faculty performance trends.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on instructional technologies (e.g., LMS, AI tools, digital labs) and provide faculty support in integrating these into teaching.
• Collaborate with campus leaders to evaluate instructional effectiveness and develop targeted interventions for faculty growth.
• Assist with curriculum-related faculty training in conjunction with Program Directors and Curriculum Specialists.
• Promote inclusive, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed instructional practices.
• Maintain and update faculty development materials, job aids, and resource hubs.
• Coordinate and track faculty participation in training activities to support accreditation and compliance requirements.
• Stay informed of trends in teaching and learning, especially in adult and career-focused education, and apply best practices to CHCP training models.
• Contribute to annual academic planning and faculty excellence initiatives.
• Design post-training evaluations to gather feedback and assess knowledge transfer, making improvements to future training sessions based on results.
• Analyze institutional data and classroom observations to identify professional development needs and track impact of faculty training initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education/Experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of teaching experience in higher education, preferably in allied health or career educa
