Introduction
Join our dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting the Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations. Our team is responsible for the seamless delivery of IAM services globally, ensuring robust security and accessibility for our clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 years of production support experience with technologies such as Ping Access, Ping Federate, Ping Directory, PKI, and Splunk
- Excellent knowledge of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain
- Proficiency in Linux and Networking (TCP/IP); Linux is required
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework
- Experience with Single Sign-On, Consolidated Directory Services Network (CDSN), Federated Identity (SAML), PKI infrastructure, and tools
- Knowledge of Extended Authentication Services, Strong Authentication, SailPoint, and Splunk
- Ability to persist in the face of significant difficulties and a strong drive for results
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and pride in accomplishments
- CISSP or equivalent Information Security domain certification is a plus
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Engage in problem triage and service restoration
- Identify root causes and facilitate permanent fix resolutions
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure the security and efficiency of IAM applications and infrastructure
