As a Catering Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every event runs smoothly, from weddings and galas to corporate functions. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and polished service will contribute to a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist in organizing event spaces, including setting up dining tables and place settings.
  • Serving Guests: Deliver food and beverages to guests in a refined manner aligned with the event's service style.
  • Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, ensuring they receive everything they need for a delightful experience.
  • Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the menu, offering insights and recommendations to guests.
  • Table Maintenance: Keep the dining area clean by clearing used plates and glassware promptly.
  • Handling Complaints: Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with fellow servers, chefs, and staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Drink Refills: Provide drink refills throughout the event, ensuring guests' beverages are always full.
  • Maintaining High Standards: Uphold a high level of professionalism and meticulous attention to detail during service.
  • Adhering to Dress Code: Present yourself in a polished manner in accordance with event guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Previous experience as a banquet server, waitstaff, or bartender.
  • Experience in handling large events.
  • Commitment to cleanliness and safety.
  • Patience and a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Reliable team player with trustworthy qualities.
  • Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items with ease.
