What to Expect:

  • Enroll students in lessons, collect payments and manage administrative responsibilities.
  • Complete curriculum training to become knowledgeable on the product and provide exceptional experiences for children and families.
  • Use creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges with customers.
  • Attend paid training and development opportunities.
  • Work a set schedule with a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
  • Want more out of your workday? Extra hours are available and preference is given to customer service staff who are cross-trained as a swim instructor
  • Replace the gym with work Standing for periods of time, moving around our facility, and lifting merchandise are all expected parts of the job.
What You'll Earn
  • The pay range for this position is $12.00-$18.50 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and certifications.
  • Entry-level team members start at the beginning of the pay range, with regular opportunities for pay increases as they grow.
