You Are: A strong Veeva Data/Integration Architect with strong leadership skills and a talent for shepherding projects along in a timely and efficient manner so that companies can do more. Communication and relationship-building skills? You have both in spades and you use them to identify requirements, craft solutions, and get clients to green light proposals. You're not daunted by complex problems, thanks to your next-level analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, and you are great at bringing out the best in team members.

The Work:

  • Define the Veeva solutions across commercial, R&D, and quality for clients
  • Configure the Vault platform and interfaces to support E2E business processes
  • Define the data and integration architecture to support the Vault solution
  • Design and develop the data integrations between the Vault platform and interfacing applications
  • Migrate the data from source applications to the Vault platform
  • Drive the design of industry accelerators and assets to support differentiation and delivery excellence
  • Work with the delivery team in mapping integration and technical requirements to solutions
  • Mentoring more junior team members in business analysis, project management, and Salesforce standard methodologies
  • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's What You Need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle cloud engagements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Veeva Vault or Salesforce Life Sciences data integration/architecture either through work at industry participants or consulting to the industry
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the life sciences vertical is required
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial, R&D, or quality functional domains
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience)

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience in Cloud Computing project implementation Well rounded in both functional and technical aspects of a SaaS/digital engagement
  • Have experience with leading teams Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Have the knowledge of the life sciences vertical and sub-verticals (pharma, biotech, med tech) and ability to apply that to solution architecture
  • Can articulate Veeva value proposition to the life sciences space
  • Have exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Are customer oriented and great at building client relationships
  • Have the desire to work in a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team
  • Have proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Have the desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Have excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent leadership and management skills

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

  • Cleveland: $68,300 to $175,000
  • Colorado: $73,800 to $189,000
  • District of Columbia: $78,500 to $201,300
  • Illinois: $68,300 to $189,000
  • Maryland: $73,800 to $189,000
  • Massachusetts: $73,800 to $201,300
  • Minnesota: $73,800 to $189,000
  • New York/New Jersey: $68,300 to $218,800
  • Washington: $78,500 to $201,300
