Customer Service Lot Coordinator
As a Customer Service Lot Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by assisting them with loading their vehicles and ensuring a welcoming environment at the store entrance. In this position, you will also be responsible for maintaining an ample supply of shopping carts for customer convenience. Your excellent customer service skills are essential, as you will frequently interact with both customers and Home Depot associates. Being the first and last associate our customers meet makes your role vital in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with loading their purchases into vehicles.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
- Ensure a sufficient number of carts are available for customers.
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
Positions Available:
- Customer Service Lot Coordinator: $17.50
- Pro Lot Loader: $17.50
