Principal Accountabilities:

Effectively communicates staff or practice activity to superiors, supervises back end staff, conducts staff evaluations, trains new staff members, provides leadership or guidance, and acts as a resource to Front Office staff.

Ensures compliance in accordance to federal and state regulations.

Monitors the work of a team responsible for office upkeep, mail services, communication, secretarial work, custodial operations, or other support services.
-
Coordinates meetings and schedules meeting room or meeting equipment.
-
Prepares and manages reports, manuals, correspondence and other documents using a database or word processing.
-
Prepares practice reports in a timely .
-
Works with other supervisors to coordinate workplace activities with other departments, units or teams.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
-
2-4 years of experience in Business Administration or relevant area.
Preferred:
- EMR experience strongly preferred.
