HVAC Service Technician

Join Howell Chase Heating & Air Conditioning as we expand our team We are searching for enthusiastic and certified HVAC technicians with prior experience who are eager to develop their careers with a respected company.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems with precision and efficiency.
  • Providing service and maintenance primarily for residential systems, as well as light commercial equipment.
  • Promoting and effectively presenting beneficial HVAC products and services to clients.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction.
  • Continuing education in relation to Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products and equipment.
  • Participating in after-hours on-call service rotation (5-6 weeks per year).

To be successful, you should have:

  • Current EPA certification.
  • Proficiency in modern HVAC technology, including inverter drive and variable speed heat pumps.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability in time management.
  • Excellent teamwork skills focusing on collaboration.
  • A commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in various situations and tasks.
  • Emotional resilience and a positive attitude, especially in challenging circumstances.

What we provide:

  • Competitive starting hourly wage with the potential to earn between $70,000.00 and $130,000.00 annually.
