About the Role

AO Globe Life is seeking Remote Client Support Specialists to help families and individuals across the U.S. access essential benefit programs—all from home. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations to understand client needs

  • Maintain accurate records and manage follow-up communications

  • Deliver outstanding service and build lasting client relationships

  • Participate in training, mentorship, and team development
