Senior Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities for the Senior Business Systems Analyst include:
- Assist the project leader in leading analyst/programmers in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of application systems
- Analyze and evaluate complex data processing systems, both current and proposed, translating business area customer information system requirements into detailed system/program requirements
- Provide alternatives, recommendations, and assistance to the project leader involved in the development, integration, and installation of application systems
- Act as a Scrum Master to lead a team through a project and daily scrums using hybrid project management techniques
- 10+ years of experience with difficult system configurations including database, batch, web-based and API
- Working knowledge of complex application system development and/or information technology tools, techniques, concepts, and software applicable to the site supported
- Strong critical thinking skills to link business needs to system impacts
- Eligible for USPS Sensitive Clearance
- Salary Range: $80,000-$92,000 depending on years of experience
- Full Standard Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k plan, Sick leave as required by law
