What Youll Do

• Business Requirements 40%: Follow a structured process for gathering and prioritizing business requirements. Interview business users and subject matter experts to determine business requirements. Analyze business unit existing systems and flows of data. Contribute on all functional and technical aspects of the Dynamics 365 implementation. Design and implement solutions that fully meet business requirements.
• Application Configuration and Administration 30%: Document designs and deployment processes. Leverage configuration before custom development. Design, configure, implement and support Dynamics 365 application user security in Office 365 environment. Keep updated on planned service outages and feature releases with Microsoft. Provide support for application integration to other systems and processes. Support audit and user security reporting requirements.
• Technology Project Support 30%: Lead and evaluate new technologies and provide input into future systems strategies. Review any technologies and projects that may affect the manufacturing systems. Develop solution roadmap presentations with input from cross?functional teams. Continuously look for opportunities to innovate, automate and bring efficiency to the platform. Lead with various parts of the testing process. Perform unit testing, facilitate QA & UAT, environment setup, etc.
• Additional Responsibilities: Accountable for properly following all IT standards, processes and methodologies as applicable including quality assurance (QA), project management life cycle (PMLC) and software delivery life cycle (SDLC). Other responsibilities and accountabilities may be assigned based on business and organization needs.
  

Travel Expectations

Regular travel requirements. During project implementation travel demand may vary.

What Youll Need Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in computer science related fields or commensurate work experience; four?year college preferred.
• Finance or accounting degree is also a plus.
  

Qualifications / Experience

• 3+ years supporting and delivering ERP/MRP technical solutions, preferably full?life cycle ERP implementations.
• Integration experience. Preferably web services and SSIS.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure, SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations is preferred but not required.
• Experience working in core financials (AP, AR, GL, pricing, costing and FA), period end close, procurement and inventory.
• Experience within process manufacturing & logistics industries a plus but not required.
• Ability to understand, communicate, interpret client business processes and requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
