About The Position

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus. We are a rapidly growing, high-quality urgent care group seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our team in Chestnut Hill, MA. As we continue to expand, we are looking for passionate and dedicated healthcare providers to deliver exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide urgent care services to patients of all ages, from infants to adults.
  • Perform assessments, diagnose conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe treatments.
  • Handle a variety of non-life-threatening medical conditions, including minor injuries, illnesses, and infections.
  • Administer treatments such as immunizations, wound care, and IV fluids.
  • Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Adhere to all protocols, policies, and standards set by the facility and medical board.
  • Provide education to patients and their families about their conditions and preventive healthcare.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Massachusetts.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a similar fast-paced healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available to work every other weekend.
