About the job:

As an SAP Program Manager at Sogeti you will manage an SAP MDG program as a part of S4 transformation engagement in the CPG Industry

What you will do at Sogeti:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for a SAP MDG engagement, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and QA, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management and SAP implementation.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with at least 4+ years in project management

  • Must have experience with SAP and SAP MDG or SAP BW is nice to have. Experience with SAP S4 is preferred

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects on time and within budget.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Education:

  • Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
