Senior React Native Developer/Architect - Android Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review the architecture and provide recommendations. With strong STT background
  • Reverse engineer a large-scale React Native super app into modular, maintainable components.
  • nalyze and document the full tech stack across the JavaScript and Android native bridge.
  • Integrate and fine-tune Android-native speech recognition APIs with dialect testing and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define best practices for architecture, modularization, and performance.
  • Lead knowledge transfer sessions and mentor junior developers.
  • Ensure code quality through design patterns, unit testing, and CI/CD practices.
Required Skills:
  • 5-7 years of hands-on React Native development.
  • Deep understanding of Android SDK, Kotlin/Java, and Android architecture components.
  • Proven experience with Android-native speech recognition APIs (e.g., Google Speech Services).
  • Strong grasp of mobile design patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.).
  • Experience with reverse engineering and codebase analysis.
  • Familiarity with Android performance profiling and debugging tools.
  • Experience with dialect testing and speech model fine-tuning.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Jetpack Compose.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and localization best practices.
  • Contributions to open-source React Native or Android libraries.
Senior React Native Developer/Architect - iOS Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review the architecture and provide recommendations. With strong STT background
  • Deconstruct and document the architecture of a large React Native super app.
  • Lead the integration of iOS-native modules and optimize the bridge between Swift/Objective-C and React Native.
  • Implement and fine-tune iOS-native speech recognition (e.g., Apple Speech Framework) with dialect testing.
  • Define and enforce architectural best practices, modular design, and scalable code structure.
  • Conduct technical deep-dives and lead knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
Required Skills:
  • 5-7 years of React Native development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective-C with deep knowledge of iOS internals.
  • Hands-on experience with Apple's Speech Framework and Core ML for speech tuning.
  • Expertise in iOS design patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER).
  • Experience with reverse engineering and architectural analysis of large codebases.
  • Familiarity with iOS performance tools (Instruments, Xcode Profiler).
  • Proven experience in dialect testing and speech model optimization.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with SwiftUI.
  • Familiarity with App Store deployment and TestFlight workflows.
  • Contributions to open-source iOS or React Native projects.
