We are seeking an exceptional Program Manager to lead a transformative data modernization initiative for a large-scale government agency. This senior leadership role will oversee a team of 80+ professionals delivering enterprise-level data warehouse, data lake, AI, and RPA solutions that will revolutionize how the agency leverages data for mission-critical operations. Beyond program execution, this role involves driving corporate growth initiatives and expanding our footprint within existing client relationships.

What Your Day Might Include...
  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team of 80+ data engineers, analysts, AI specialists, and automation experts
  • Develop and execute comprehensive program strategy for data warehouse, data lake, AI, and RPA implementations
  • Drive enterprise-wide data modernization initiatives supporting agency-wide operations and decision-making
  • Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities within existing program scope and client relationships
  • Support corporate initiatives including proposal development, client relationship expansion, and strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with business development teams to identify follow-on opportunities and contract vehicles
  • Contribute to thought leadership activities, white papers, and industry engagement to enhance Amivero's market position
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to corporate knowledge management and best practices development
  • Champion adoption of advanced analytics, machine learning, and intelligent automation technologies
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand program scope and add value for government clients
  • Foster innovation within the program to demonstrate emerging capabilities and drive future opportunities
  • Navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems across multiple agency divisions and leadership levels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, technical teams, and executive leadership
  • Present program status, technical concepts, and strategic recommendations to senior government officials
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts across diverse teams and priorities
  • Manage multi-million dollar program budgets with full P&L responsibility
  • Ensure program delivery within scope, schedule, and budget parameters
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree+ 10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience leading complex technical teams of 50+ professionals
  • PMP, ITIL, Databricks certification preferred
  • 10+ years leading teams of 50+ professionals in complex, multi-year programs
  • Proven track record managing programs valued at $25M+ with demonstrated budget management success
  • Deep technical background in data management, analytics, AI/ML, and/ or automation technologies
  • 5+ years of direct experience with federal government contracts and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and executing organic growth initiatives within existing client relationships
  • Understanding of data warehouse and data lake architectures, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data stack technologies
  • Knowledge of federal data standards, security requirements (FedRAMP, FISMA), and privacy regulations
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate large, distributed teams across multiple work streams
  • Strong stakeholder management experience working with senior government executives and technical leaders
  • Demonstrated success in change management and driving organizational transformation
