What You'll Do

As our Founding Brand Designer, you'll own the visual expression of Resolve AI from the ground up, crafting a brand that reflects the ambition, clarity, and technical depth of what we're building.

  • Lead the end-to-end design vision for Resolve AI's brand, defining how our story comes to life across web, campaigns, product marketing, and executive communications.
  • Work directly with the Head of Marketing, Founders, and Executives to translate complex, technical ideas into visually compelling narratives that communicate our mission clearly and confidently.
  • Design high-impact creative for launches, campaigns, events, and announcements across web, social, presentations, motion, and more.
  • Build the foundations of our design system, creating scalable guidelines, reusable components, and templates that enable teams to move fast while staying on-brand.
  • Shape and evolve our visual identity, ensuring coherence and craft across every touchpoint.
  • Establish creative processes that balance speed and quality in an environment where priorities shift quickly and ambition is high.
  • Bring fresh inspiration and experimentation into our creative work-exploring new techniques, workflows, and AI-assisted tools to push the boundaries of visual communication.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure every detail from typography to motion reinforces a cohesive, premium brand experience.
  • Set the bar for visual excellence as the first design hire, building a creative foundation that will scale with the company.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in visual, brand, or marketing design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, visual clarity, and narrative craft.
  • Proven ability to create and evolve a brand across digital surfaces, including web, product marketing, campaigns, and internal storytelling.
  • Deep expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion, 3D, or interactive design experience is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional eye for typography, layout, hierarchy, and color, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate creative rationale to cross-functional partners and executives.
  • Experience building or contributing to scalable design systems, visual guidelines, or component libraries.
  • Comfort operating as both strategist and hands-on designer
  • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure from scratch, and is energized by ownership and autonomy.
