This role offers the chance to drive marketing initiatives that reach millions, requiring strategic planning, exceptional communication, and a passion for delivering extraordinary customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans, managing dependencies for timely delivery. Lead campaign mechanisms such as readiness, business reviews, goals, and budget management. Proactively communicate with global stakeholders, providing regular updates. Identify roadblocks and risks, ensuring seamless campaign performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign requirements and success metrics. Must-Have Skills: Advanced experience in program/project management within marketing or e-commerce. Stellar communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies. Industry Experience: Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or e-commerce, particularly within a fast-paced, ambiguous environment is essential. Agile methodology and project management tool proficiency are expected, underscoring the importance of adaptive, efficient project oversight in this dynamic role.
