Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3 PM to 12 AM, with on-call duties one night per week, typically Thursday into Friday from 7 AM.

Job Description

The Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer performs imaging for both in-patients and out-patients for physicians' review and interpretation. The role requires familiarity with GE/Cerner systems and proficiency in general ultrasound, lower leg venous (DVT), and breast imaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations including general, OB, small parts, and lower leg venous (DVT).
• Ensure quality imaging for physician review and interpretation.
• Participate in on-call rotation with other ultrasound technicians.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
• Completed a two-year degree or certification program in Ultrasonography.
• Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
• Prior travel experience is required.
