- Proactively Oversee Litigation - Manage outside counsel effectively to control costs and drive favorable claim resolutions.
- Ensure Timely & Fair Resolutions - Investigate claims thoroughly, post appropriate reserves, and resolve matters efficiently.
- 6+ Years of Specialized Claims Experience - Strong background in handling Primary & Excess D&O, Fiduciary, and EPL claims; legal experience preferred.
- JD Strongly Preferred - Ideal for attorneys looking to fully transition into a high-level claims role.
- Expertise in Complex Coverage Issues - Deep understanding of management liability policies, risk transfer, and claims litigation strategy.
- Superior Communication & Negotiation Skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with insureds, claimants, underwriters, and senior leadership.
- Proactive, Results-Oriented Approach - A track record of successfully managing claims from investigation to resolution.
