Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise-scale chatbot or virtual assistant solutions for internal employee support.
  • Develop conversational flows and convert them into automated chatbot experiences.
  • Integrate chatbots with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems for automated processes.
  • Test and maintain chatbot scripts, including error handling and reusable conversation libraries.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth NLP-driven interactions.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Key Skills;Gen AI, Chatbot, NLP, Python, LLM .
  • Hands-on experience with chatbot frameworks and building AI conversational experiences.
  • Strong understanding of NLP concepts: intent recognition, entity extraction, and regex.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (JavaScript/Groovy) and OOP principles for scalable chatbot code.
  • Knowledge of STT/TTS technologies, integration frameworks (e.g., Apache Camel, MuleSoft), and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience in Agile/DevOps environments, strong analytical skills, and ability to design user-focused conversational experiences.
