Director of Hospice Services, RN: Join our dedicated Hospice team to deliver exceptional care to our patients and their families. This role is vital in ensuring our Hospice program adheres to the highest quality standards and aligns with our organization's mission and philosophy.

Key qualifications for this position include:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with an active and good standing RN license in the state of MN.
- At least two (2) years of hospice RN experience and a minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory role preferred.
- Ability to travel within the service area; valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required.
- Current CPR Certification.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, assigning, and monitoring the work of the Hospice team.
- Recruiting, supervising, evaluating, motivating, and developing both professional and paraprofessional staff; ensuring efficient scheduling for productivity.
- Creating effective recruitment strategies and facilitating the orientation and onboarding of new team members.
- Leading Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) meetings and participating in organizational and team meetings as required.
- Promoting business growth through education and support to external customers and potential clients.
- Managing the Hospice case load to meet business needs.
- Providing educational opportunities and in-services to staff to meet quality standards and compliance with agency policies and regulations, advising on updates in the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
