At Wisk, we're building the future of urban mobility. We are seeking a skilled AI Tools and Solutions Developer to join our Program Management Office (PMO). This role is critical for enhancing our program execution and decision-making capabilities by building and deploying intelligent tools for our program teams.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the AI-powered applications and data pipelines that provide predictive insights, automate reporting, and streamline complex PMO workflows. You will leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), custom models, and robust data engineering to translate program data into actionable intelligence.

This is an onsite position at our Mountain View location.

What You'll Do

  • Design and Build PMO-Facing AI Tools: Contribute to the full-stack development of applications (e.g., using Python/FastAPI and Mendix/React) that provide program managers with dashboards, predictive forecasts, and risk analysis.
  • Develop Predictive Program Models: Apply machine learning techniques to historical program data to forecast milestone completion, identify potential schedule delays, and analyze budget trends.
  • Implement AI Agent and RAG Systems: Implement intelligent systems using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex to create "chat-with-your-data" tools for PMs to query program documentation.
  • Automate PMO Workflows: Identify, design, and implement data pipelines and scripts to automate the generation of status reports, summarize meeting notes, and extract key metrics from disparate systems (e.g., Jira, Planisware, Teamcenter, Polarion).
  • Integrate Key PM Systems: Develop and maintain robust integrations between our internal systems and third-party tools, including PM software (Jira, Confluence) and AI service providers.
  • Manage Deployment Infrastructure (IaC): Use Terraform to manage and provision the necessary GCP services (e.g., Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Vertex AI) to support your applications and AI pipelines.
  • Ensure Data Quality and Reliability: Implement CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD) and monitoring to ensure the accuracy, availability, and performance of PMO data and tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in a combination of Full-stack Development, Data Engineering, and AI/ML development.
  • Cloud & AI Expertise: Practical expertise with a major cloud platform (GCP preferred) and its AI/ML services (e.g., Vertex AI, BigQuery).
  • Third-Party Integration Experience: Proven ability to integrate with third-party REST APIs, particularly SaaS platforms (e.g., Jira, Planisware) and AI model providers.
  • Python AI & Data Stack: Expertise with production-grade Python, including data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy), agent frameworks (LangChain/LlamaIndex), and API/serving tools (FastAPI/Flask).
  • DevOps Fundamentals: Solid experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD (GitLab CI/CD).
  • Full-stack Proficiency: Strong command of backend development (Python/FastAPI) with proven experience building (or willingness to learn) user-facing applications, using either modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React) or low-code platforms (e.g., Mendix).
  • Program Management Acumen: Must be familiar with program management principles and data (e.g., work breakdown structures, schedules, risk registers).
Desired
  • PM Tool API Experience: Hands-on experience integrating with Planisware and Jira APIs is highly preferred. Experience with Mendix, Confluence, or Teamcenter is also a plus.
  • Methodology Familiarity: Understanding of Agile (Scrum, PMP-ACP) and/or traditional (PMP) project management methodologies.
  • Multi-Cloud Experience: Prior experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Data Versioning: Experience with tools like DVC (Data Version Control).
  • Passion and Commitment: Demonstrated passion for aviation, autonomous systems, and a commitment to safety and Responsible AI.
