CTG is seeking a Technical Analyst to join our client in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional experienced in SQL, Python/R/Java, and dashboarding tools like Power BI or Tableau. You will analyze complex datasets, create actionable insights, and automate reporting processes while working with ServiceNow and ITSM frameworks.

Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for recurring distribution.

  • Analyze large datasets and identify trends to support business decisions.

  • Clean, process, and transform data using SQL, NLP, Regex, and programming tools.

  • Automate manual reporting tasks and enhance data workflows.

  • Support ServiceNow modules and ITSM/ITIL processes.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • SQL (mandatory), DAX preferred

  • Python, R, or Java

  • Power BI or Tableau

  • ServiceNow and ITSM/ITIL knowledge

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience & Education:

  • Proven experience in technical analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
